GES is currently assisting farmers to recruit farm hands from outside UK for roles they are unable to fill with workers already settled in the UK and also supporting UK farms to acquire sponsor licence to facilitates such recruitment. Granwill has a bank of people experienced in working in animal farms, most especially dairy, fishery, piggery, and poultry. We pair your farm with the most skilled and competent individual that can carry out your farm tasks and are also willing to learn, and train on acquiring new skills to prosper your business. Granwill collaborates with RUE Solicitors in advising UK companies on immigration labour law and supporting companies in applying and obtaining tier – 2 Sponsor licenses from the home office.
